The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
is the most powerful variant of the Galaxy S21 series, completely improving all the specifications of its peers and the first Galaxy S to use S Pen stylus outside the Galaxy Note series. The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display at QHD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection and inside we find the same pair of region-dependent processors: the Snapdragon 888 for USA and China and the Exynos 2100 for the rest of the world, this time with options of 12GB RAM 128GB or 256GB storage or 16GB RAM with 512GB storage. The Galaxy S21 Ultra's rear camera is upgraded to a quad-camera, with 108MP main lens, a 10MP periscope lens, 10MP telephoto lens and a 12MP ultrawide lens, while the front camera goes up to 40MP. Rounding out the Galaxy S21 Ultra's features are stereo speakers with HiFi sound, 5000 mAh battery with fast, wireless and reversible charging, in-display fingerprint reader, and One UI 3.5 with Android 11 underneath.
