With a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display at QHD+ resolution, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is powered by a Snapdragon 865+ processor in its US variant or Exynos 990 for the rest of the world, with 8GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of expandable internal storage space for the LTE variant or 12GB of RAM with 128GB, 256GB or 512GB of storage for the 5G version.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's rear camera is triple, with a 108MP main lens, a 12MP periscope lens and a third 12MP ultrawide lens. The selfie camera is 10 MP and features PDAF and 4K video support.
